    Responsibilities:
    Communicate professionally with international clients via email, video calls, and messaging platforms in English.
    Handle full-cycle export processes: inquiries, quotations, order processing, logistics coordination, documentation (PI, BL, COO), and after-sales support.
    Draft and review contracts, shipping documents, and correspondence in English.
    Monitor shipment progress, resolve customs/logistics issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
    Research overseas markets and identify new business opportunities.
    Collaborate with production, QC, and logistics teams to meet deadlines.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business English, or related field.
    2+ years of hands-on foreign trade experience; familiarity with Incoterms, L/C, T/T, and customs procedures.
    Exceptional English ability: CET-6 (550+), IELTS 6.5+, or equivalent. Must demonstrate fluency in written/spoken business English (interview conducted in English).
    Proficient in MS Office; experience with Alibaba, Global Sources, or CRM systems is a plus.
    Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and culturally aware.
    Note: Chinese nationality or valid work permit required.
